Welcome to Calm Aura Healing’s Gong Sound Bath, Ripon.

What to Expect

Step into the serene and inviting space of Calm Aura Healing, designed to help you leave the busyness of life behind and reconnect with yourself.

We begin with a gentle guided meditation to quiet your mind and ground your energy. Then comes the heart of the experience: 40 blissful minutes of sound healing, where therapeutic vibrations of gongs, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, drumming and percussion weave together into a deeply immersive soundscape.

Everything is provided for your comfort. Settle onto your mat, layered with a soft faux sheepskin mat, and wrap yourself in a cosy blanket with a pillow to rest your head. We even include complimentary fluffy socks so you can truly arrive, relax and let go.

As the experience draws to a close, we take time to ground and reflect over a complimentary herbal tea, sharing anything you wish in a relaxed, supportive space.

For those who wish to linger, I then open my shop where you are welcome to browse a curated selection of incense, crystals, rollerballs and more to take a little of the magic home with you.
